Refund policy

We have a 30 day refund policy (Unless you have purchased an extended gaurantee), which starts after your order has been delivered unlike other companies.

  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • You MUST contact us prior to returning your order so that we can identify it or your return will not be valid.
  • When items have been returned please allow up to 7 working days for us to inspect your order
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
  • NOTE: All refunds and returns will be made according to our discretion. This is non-negotiable.
  • Note all full refunds come with a 3% service charge to cover transaction fees.

      Once an order has been shipped we are not able to cancel your order.

      NOTE: If your order is shown as delivered on the tracking link we will not refund or resend another order.
