USA Shipping

We’re pleased to offer free 1-3 business day shipping on all orders within the USA, fulfilled from our warehouse in Watertown, Wisconsin!

If an item is not in stock in the USA, it may be shipped from our non-USA warehouse. In this case, the 1-3 day shipping option will not appear at checkout, and our Worldwide Shipping policies will apply.

Australia Shipping

We’re excited to offer free 1-4 business day shipping to Australia, with all orders fulfilled from Alexandria, NSW!

If an item is out of stock in Australia, it may be shipped from our non-USA warehouse. In such cases, the 1-4 day shipping option will not be displayed at checkout, and our Worldwide Shipping policies will apply.

Worldwide Shipping

We’re pleased to offer free tracked shipping to customers worldwide! Once your order is shipped, it should arrive within 4 to 13 business days.

Please note that for PO boxes and military addresses, delivery may take 4 to 30 business days. We recommend avoiding business addresses whenever possible, as this can sometimes lead to delivery issues, especially if your order arrives outside of business hours.

Duty Fees and Customs Policy

Please note that PuppyPad is unable to cover or refund any duty fees incurred due to your local laws. In most cases, VAT and customs fees may not apply because of the relatively low value of our shipments. However, we recommend checking the customs and VAT regulations in your local area before making a purchase to ensure a smooth delivery process.

• If an item is sold out in one warehouse, we may ship it from another location that offers the fastest delivery. This decision is made at our discretion to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
